Son: competentes para conocer de los juicios a que dan lugar las infracciones de esta Ley, así de los criminales como de los civiles, los Jueces del Circuito a que pertenece el lugar en que se cometió la infracción, o del lugar donde se encuentren los artículos, productos o mercaderías con relación a los cuales se ha violado la ley.
