Autorízase al Municipio de Ibagué para que una vez recibido el Hospital General, de la Nación, proceda a darlo en administración a la Junta de Beneficencia del Tolima, mediante contrato, por periodos de cinco años, prorrogables, siempre que la beneficencia del Tolima se haga cargo del sostenimiento.
