Instancias en el Catastro . El procedimiento gubernativo en Catastro tendrá dos instancias en los casos de revisión o de las modificaciones del avalúo en conservación. En los demás casos, y siempre que no haya modificaciones del avalúo, tales como cambio de nombre, identificación de las personas, y análogas, las autoridades catastrales actuarán en única instancia.
