La empresa deberá consignar el total del monto recaudado durante el mes, el primer día hábil del mes siguiente en la cuenta del Fondo que se abrirá para tal fin. Su incumplimiento dará lugar a la imposición de una sanción de cien (100) salarios mínimos diarios legales vigentes por cada día de mora en hacer dicha consignación.
