Art. 152. En cada Departamento, un mes antes de las primeras votaciones del año, el Gobernador formará un cuadro en que exprese, de conformidad con los artículos 147, 148 y 149 qué personas no son elegibles en ningún punto del Departamento o en algunos de ellos, por razón del empleo, nacional o departamental, que ejercieren o hubieren ejercido.
