Artículo único. Desde el día primero del mes en curso, el sueldo del Jefe Civil y Militar del Departamento de Bolívar será de mil pesos mensuales. Tendrá efecto esta disposición solo en el tiempo en que la persona que desempeñe el referido empleo ejerza además las funciones de comandante en Jefe de las fuerzas del Atlántico.
