Suspensión y restablecimiento . La suspensión de un Oficial o Suboficial en el ejercicio de sus funciones o atribuciones será dispuesta por las autoridades señaladas en el artículo 124 del Decreto 1211 de 1990, a solicitud de la autoridad competente. El restablecimiento del Oficial o Suboficial en el ejercicio de sus funciones y atribuciones también será decretado por la correspondiente autoridad administrativa, con base en la comunicación de autoridad competente, a solicitud de parte o de oficio.
