Disminución del Subsidio Familiar. Disminuye por razón de los hijos así

Por muerte

Por matrimonio e) Por independencia económica d) Por haber llegado a la edad de 21 años.

Parágrafo

Se exceptúan de lo contemplado en el literal d) las hijas célibes, los estudiantes hasta la edad de 24 años, y los hijos inválidos absolutos cuando éstos dependan económicamente del Oficial o Suboficial.
