Artículo segundo. La mencionada división de Transportes procederá igualmente a dictar las resoluciones reglamentarias de la expedición de pase para conducir vehículos automotores, de que trata el ordinal b) del artículo 3º del mismo Decreto, en armonía con el artículo 8º del Decreto legislativo número 2281 de 1955.
