De la demanda para que una persona preste una fianza o para que obtenga el relevo de una fianza prestada, o consigue medio de pago, se dará traslado al demandado por tres días, con prevención de que si no contesta la demanda se tendrán como probados los hechos, si fuere admisible la prueba de confesión.
