° La Junta Directiva fijara periódicamente los precios mínimos a que el Instituto Nacional de Abastecimientos comprara los productos agrícolas para los cuales queda autorizado por el presente Decreto. Estos precios mínimos no serán superiores al costo promedio de la producción, a juicio de la Junta Directiva, aumentado en un seis por ciento (6%) como rendimiento del capital invertido.
