Firmadas las actas correspondientes y expedidas las credenciales, por los Delegados de la Corte y sus Secretarios, todos los documentos que se hayan tenido presentes, junto con los originales de los registros y actas por ellos producidos, se conservarán y custodiarán en el archivo de la Delegación Departamental, bajo la responsabilidad solidaria de los Delegados del Registrador Nacional del Estado Civil. Pero aquellos documentos que se relacionen con las apelaciones concedidas en dicho escrutinio serán entregados a la Corte Electoral por uno de los Delegados del Registrador Nacional del Estado Civil.
