DEL VENCIMIENTO DEL TERMINO SEÑALADO PARA ADELANTAR LA INVESTIGACION.Si al vencerse el término inicialmente fijado para adelantar la investigación, el investigador considera que ésta no se encuentra perfeccionada, deberá informar este hecho al Jefe del Organismo o de la dependencia regional o seccional respectiva para que proceda, si lo considera pertinente, a prorrogarle dicho término conforme a lo previsto en el artículo 23 de este Decreto.
