A los recursos del Fondo no se le podrá dar una destinación distinta a la prevista en el artículo 1º de este Decreto, y las erogaciones que se hagan contrariando esta disposición serán elevadas a alcance a cargo del ordenador, sin perjuicio de las demás responsabilidades a que hubiere lugar.
