La decisión del Tribunal se notificará personalmente al investigado y en la diligencia respectiva se dejará constancia de los recursos que contra ella proceden. Si no se pudiere cumplir la notificación personal, se fijará un edicto en lugar visible del respectivo tribunal, con insercción de la parte resolutiva de la providencia, por el término de cinco días.
