Art. 12. En las fracciones cuya poblacion sea o esceda de quinientos habitantes, la Corporacion municipal del respectivo distrito nombrará tambien desde que reciba este decreto, una Junta compuesta del Inspector i cuatro ciudadanos para que forme la lista de electores i presida las votaciones i cumpla los deberes mencionados en los artículos 7.° i 8.° de este decreto.

Parágrafo

Si en la fraccion no hubiere Inspector de policía, la Corporacion municipal nombrará cinco ciudadanos para formar la Junta que deberá llenar las mismas funciones.
