ARTICULO 48 . Son deberes y obligaciones del Oficial de guardia en el puente, las siguientes

Cumplir y hacer cumplir los principios establecidos en la Regla II/ 1, del Convenio.

Cumplir las recomendaciones sobre orientación operacional contenidas en el anexo de la Resolución del Convenio, para los oficiales encargados de guardias de navegación.

Los deberes y obligaciones adicionales contenidas en el presente Decreto como también en el Reglamento Interno del buque.
