Vigencia. El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y deroga todas las disposiciones contrarias relacionadas con estaciones de servicio, específicamente las plasmadas en los Decretos 283 de 1990, 353 de 1991, 1677 de 1992, las Resoluciones 3 0935 de 1993 y 8 2588 de 1994 (quedando vigente la delegación efectuada a través de esta norma).
