º . Modifícase el artículo 20 del Decreto 1697 de 1994, el cual quedará así: Articulo 20 . Contratación con terceros. Los concesionarios o licenciatarios de los servicios postales podrán contratar con terceros y bajo su responsabilidad e identificación, algunas de las actividades operativas necesarias para la prestación del servicio, de lo cual deberán informar al Ministerio de Comunicaciones.
