Article 15

En Las Resoluciones Que Sobre Cancelación De Matrículas Dicte El Consejo Profesional Nacional De Ingeniería, Se Expresarán Los Motivos En Que Se Funden

En las resoluciones que sobre cancelación de matrículas dicte el Consejo Profesional Nacional de Ingeniería, se expresarán los motivos en que se funden. Estas resoluciones se notificarán personalmente al interesado, quien podrá pedir su reconsideración y acompañar los comprobantes en que apoye su solicitud, dentro de los quince días siguientes a la fecha de la notificación.

Parágrafo

De las resoluciones a que se refiere este artículo, el Consejo Profesional Nacional enviará copia al Ministerio de Obras Públicas y dará aviso a los Consejos Seccionales.
