Artículo noveno. Tanto los duplicados de los recibos que se expidan por ingresos, como los comprobantes de cualquier gasto, como los libros de contabilidad, deberán ser exhibidos por el Notario o Registrador a los funcionarios del Ministerio de Justicia en cualquier momento que lo solicitaren.
