Facultad de revisión. La autoridad aduanera podrá formular liquidación oficial de revisión por una sola vez, cuando se presenten inexactitudes en la declaración de importación o de exportación, que no sean objeto de corregirse mediante otra clase de acto administrativo, tales como las referentes a la clasificación arancelaria; valor FOB; origen; fletes; seguros; otros gastos; ajustes; y, en general, cuando el valor en aduana o valor declarado no corresponda al establecido por la autoridad aduanera, de conformidad con las normas que rijan la materia. En la liquidación oficial de revisión se corregirán también, si los hay, los errores u omisiones que puedan dar lugar a liquidación oficial de corrección.
