° Establecido y verificado el derecho correspondiente, la Junta procederá afijar su cuantía por medio de resoluciones motivadas, las cuales podrán ser apeladas ante el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, Sección Jurídica, dentro de los diez días siguientes a su notificación.
