º. Para los efectos previstos en los artículos 1º y 2º de este Decreto, cuando la mercancía haya sido transportada por vía aérea, el importador, el declarante o la persona autorizada entregarán, en sustitución del original del documento de transporte de que trata el literal c) del artículo 32 del Decreto 1909 de 1992, la copia original no negociable de la guía aérea correspondiente.
