El auxilio de cesantía en caso de muerte del trabajador no excluye el seguro de vida obligatorio y cuando aquél no exceda del equivalente a cincuenta (50) veces el salario mínimo mensual más alto, se pagara directamente por el {empleador} de acuerdo con el procedimiento establecido en el artículo 212 del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo.
