Identificación frente a terceros. Los promotores de las sociedades administradoras del Sistema General de Pensiones deberán hacer constar su condición en la integridad de la documentación que utilicen para promocionar la respectiva sociedad administradora y, en general, en el desarrollo de su actividad como tal, e igualmente hará constar la denominación de la sociedad administradora del Sistema General de Pensiones respecto de la cual realice la labor de promoción.
