Artículo primero. Los exámenes de validación de cursos completos correspondientes a grados superiores al ciclo básico de educación media serán realizados exclusivamente en establecimientos oficiales de educación media y normalista.

Parágrafo

Se entiende que en los planteles donde se verifiquen éstos exámenes funcionan los cursos respectivos debidamente aprobados por el Ministerio de Educación Nacional.
