Artículo único. Las mercaderías que después de 30 días y antes de 120 de haberse reconocido no se hubieren retirado de la respectiva Aduana pagarán por depósito $0-02 oro diarios por cada bulto de cincuenta a ochenta kilogramos, y las que no se hubieren retirado después de este último término pagarán por depósito $0-04 oro diarios por cada bulto del peso indicado, sin perjuicio de rematarlas después de un año de permanencia en la Aduana. Comuníquese y publíquese.
