Créase la Ciudad Universitaria de la Universidad del Pacífico, el cual constará de edificaciones para la docencia, investigación, residencias para profesores e investigadores, dependencias administrativas, campos deportivos, cafetería y demás facilidades. El Gobierno Nacional destinará los fondos necesarios para que la Universidad del Pacífico y su Ciudad Universitaria, a más tardar en veinte (20) meses a partir de la fecha de sanción de esta Ley, empiece a funcionar.
