La presente ley entrará en vigencia el día siguiente a su publicación y deroga todas aquellas disposiciones que le sean contrarias. Las amnistías, indultos y otros tratamientos penales especiales concedidos con posterioridad a la firma del Acuerdo Final de Paz conservarán plenamente sus efectos jurídicos una vez haya entrado en vigencia esta ley, sin perjuicio de lo previsto en la misma.
