Art. 70. Los autos que dicte la Corte Suprema en las apelaciones de los responsables del Erario y los autos de la Oficina de Cuentas que estén ejecutoriados, tienen fuerza de sentencia definitiva, prestan mérito ejecutivo y no pueden ser revocados por ninguna autoridad ni funcionario.

Parágrafo

Los autos que deban ser consultados no causarán ejecutoria mientras no se surta la consulta y sean confirmados por la Sala.
