Destinase para el cumplimiento de esta Ley hasta la cantidad de tres mil pesos ($ 3.000), que se incluirán en el presupuesto de la próxima vigencia. Si no fuere incluida esta partida, el Gobierno queda autorizado para abrir los Créditos que aseguren su pronto cumplimiento.
