Intereses de mora . Las entidades promotoras de salud reconocerán a los prestadores de servicios de salud, cuando a ello haya lugar, los intereses de mora consagrados en las disposiciones legales. De igual manera los prestadores de servicios reconocerán estos intereses de conformidad con la ley, en los casos de las restituciones consagradas en el articulo 4º del presente Decreto. I
