Art. 239. Tan luego como esté preparado el registro general de cada mes será leído solemnemente por el Director á la comunidad, y en seguida remitido al Gobernador del Departamento, para que, impuesto éste de él, lo pase al Ministerio de Instrucción Pública, dejando copia para su publicación en el periódico oficial del Departamento.
