º . Funciones del Consejo Directivo. El Consejo Directivo del Instituto Colombiano para el Fomento de la Educación Superior, ICFES, además de las funciones que le señala el artículo 76 de la Ley 489 de 1998, tendrá las siguientes: 6.1 Expedir en la órbita de su competencia los actos administrativos que se requieran para el cumplimiento de las funciones del Instituto. 6.2 Autorizar la aceptación de donaciones, auxilios y legados. 6.3 Expedir su propio reglamento de funcionamiento.
