º . Adicionar el artículo 5º del Decreto 1141 de 199 9, con las siguientes funciones

Dictar las normas y reglamentos para la gestión segura de materiales nucleares y radiactivos en el país y velar por el cumplimiento de las disposiciones legales y reglamentarias en materia de protección radiológica y seguridad nuclear.

Fijar las tarifas de todos los servicios de licenciamiento y control para la gestión de materiales radiactivos en el país.
