Adicionase el artículo 55 del decreto 528 de 1964, en el sentido de que hay lugar a interponer el recurso de casación contra las sentencias dictadas en segunda instancia por los tribunales superiores de distrito judicial en causas cuyo conocimiento haya correspondido a jueces de circuito.
