ARTICULO 2.3.2.6.- PAGO PREFERENCIAL DEL DIVIDENDO QUE SE DEBA AL MOMENTO DE DISOLVER LA SOCIEDAD EMISORA. Las sumas que se deban por concepto de dividendo preferencial al momento de la disolución de la sociedad, se pagarán dentro del proceso de liquidación, una vez cancelado el pasivo externo y antes de efectuar cualquier reembolso de capital.
