Se tendrá en cuenta además, para fijar el precio de adquisición por parte del Instituto o de los peritos, el valor catastral de los inmuebles, el 1°. de enero de 1954, y la fecha de la ocupación en los casos de ocupación posteriores a este año. En los casos de expropiación los peritos serán nombrados por el Juez.
