A partir de la vigencia de este Estatuto, la Nación. Con cargo al presupuesto de la Policía Nacional, cubrirá las cuotas partes Pensionales que deban pagarse a otras entidades por servicios a la Policía Nacional. También se cubrirá con cargo al presupuesto de la Policía, las cuotas partes Pensionales por servicios en las extinguidas Policías Departamentales y Municipales.
