° Por decreto separado y con destino a salud, educación y vías de penetración, el Gobierno hará la distribución de los dineros que actualmente tiene en Caja el Instituto de Colonización e Inmigración, así como las de las sumas que debe recibir el mismo Instituto, del Ministerio de Obras Públicas, como reintegro por construcción de carreteras.
