Las soluciones de lote urbanizable, lote urbanizado y unidad básica de vivienda deberán permitir, por desarrollo progresivo, la evolución hacia una solución de vivienda mínima. Los oferentes de estas soluciones de vivienda, deberán entregar al beneficiario del subsidio, los planos arquitectónicos y las especificaciones técnicas que le permitan evolucionar hacia una vivienda mínima.
