Con el producto de la colocación de los títulos de fomento agropecuario, el Banco de la República constituirá un fondo para el redescuento de los préstamos de fomento agropecuario que se otorguen a corto, mediano y largo plazo, según lo establecido en esta Ley. El fondo se denominará "Fondo Financiero Agropecuario", y a él se incorporará el que viene funcionando con el nombre de "Fondo Financiero Agrario", en el mismo Banco.
