A partir de la fecha, los alcaldes de la totalidad de los municipios localizados en los departamentos de que trata el artículo 1º del Decreto 1254 de 1999 y del departamento del Guainía, deberán restringir la locomoción de personas y vehículos por vía terrestre o fluvial, desde y hasta sus municipios, entre las 18:00 horas de cada día hasta las 6:00 horas del día siguiente.
