Participación De Las Víctimas Como Promotores Del Programa De Atención Psicosocial Y Salud Integral A Víctimas (Papsivi)

Participación de las víctimas como promotores del programa de atención psicosocial y salud integral a víctimas (PAPSIVI). El Ministerio de Salud y Seguridad Social, en coordinación con la Unidad para la Atención y Reparación Integral a las Víctimas, propenderá porque personas incorporadas en sus programas, actúen en condición de promotores del PAPSIVI, cuando estas cumplan con los requerimientos establecidos para tal efecto, y reúnan las calidades y cualidades necesarias para evitar la revictimización.

Parágrafo

La atención psicosocial deberá ser permanente mientras subsista la afectación, y se brindará en consideración al entorno social, cultural y comunitario en el que se desenvuelve el beneficiario.
