Negativa al permiso. De acuerdo con lo previsto en los artículos 33 y 34 del Decreto 2535 de 1993, no se otorgarán permisos para tenencia ni para porte de armas a quienes de conformidad con los resultados del examen de aptitud psicofísica resulten ser adictos a estupefacientes o sustancias psicotrópicas.
