ARTICULO 545 . Legalidad . Si la autoridad extranjera solicitare la práctica de algunas diligencias conforme a determinadas condiciones, las mismas se practicarán de conformidad con lo pedido, siempre que no contraríe los derechos y garantías consagrados en la Constitución y leyes colombianas.
