Régimen legal aplicable . Para efectos de la liquidación de la Comisión Nacional de Regalías - En Liquidación, en los aspectos no contemplados en el presente Decreto se tendrá en cuenta lo señalado en el Decreto-ley 254 de 2000, y las disposiciones legales pertinentes en cuanto sean compatibles con la naturaleza del organismo y las normas que lo modifiquen, sustituyan o adicionen.
