Modificase el numeral 3° del artículo 2° del Decreto número 178 de 1949, así: Para ingresar a la Escuela de Bacteriología y Laboratorio Clínico, se exige el diploma de Bachiller Superior y se obtiene el Título de Bacterióloga y Laboratorista Clínica, previa al presentación de un trabajo de tesis.
