El Rector de la Escuela Normal Superior tendrá la asignación correspondiente al sueldo de Jefe de Departamento, más una compensación mínima equivalente al 50% calculado sobre dicho sueldo, sin incluir lo correspondiente a alojamiento y alimentación, cuando haya lugar a ello.
